Zero fees to workers

Global Work Solutions will never charge a worker for recruitment, placement, visa processing, or any other service. This is a founding principle, not a policy subject to revision. All costs are borne by the employer. Workers who are approached and asked to pay by anyone claiming to represent our company should report this immediately.

Licensed and accredited

We operate in full compliance with international recruitment standards and the labour laws of every destination country we work in. All employer partnerships are formally documented. We do not engage in informal or undocumented placements. Our operations are conducted transparently and in accordance with applicable national and international regulations.

GDPR and data protection

All personal data collected from workers and employers is handled in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. We collect only what is necessary, hold it securely, and do not share it with third parties without explicit consent. Workers and employers may request access to or deletion of their data at any time.

Employer code of conduct

Every employer we partner with signs our Employer Code of Conduct. This commits them to legal employment terms, fair wages, safe working conditions, and respect for workers' rights. We reserve the right to terminate partnerships with employers who breach these standards, and we actively monitor placements for compliance.
