Employer terms

Employers who submit workforce requirements through this site agree that the information provided is accurate and that they have the authority to enter into a recruitment engagement on behalf of their organisation.

Employers agree to the Global Work Solutions Employer Code of Conduct, which includes commitments to legal employment terms, fair wages, safe working conditions, and respect for workers' rights.

Employers are responsible for ensuring that any offered employment is genuine, legally compliant in the destination country, and accurately described in materials provided to candidates.

Any formal recruitment agreement between an employer and Global Work Solutions will be governed by a separate written contract, which takes precedence over these general terms.

Worker terms

Workers who submit applications through this site confirm that the information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of their knowledge.

Global Work Solutions does not guarantee placement for any applicant. Submission of an application does not constitute an offer of employment.

Workers must not pay any fee at any stage of the recruitment process. If anyone claiming to represent Global Work Solutions requests payment from a worker, the worker should report this immediately to info@globalworksolutions.com.

Workers are responsible for ensuring that documents and certificates they submit are genuine and that they meet the requirements of their destination country.
